We don’t sell your information to anyone. We’ll only pass information on to third parties, such as print suppliers, if it’s necessary for completion of your work or to provide you with a service.

Where we store information


We store information in the cloud, using a secure system, and on our physical devices.


We take security seriously. We protect information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access or disclosure:

  • by keeping stored data to a minimum

  • using password and security best practice


However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and we can’t guarantee that information will remain free from unauthorised access, use, disclosure or alteration. We’ll tell you immediately about any unauthorised access to your personal information or other security breach.
